Remodel and 1st floor extensions – Reigate, Surrey
We worked with Josh and his amazing team over a six-month period. They built a second-story extension with two new rooms, a new roof, a new porch, and also renovated a bathroom and our living/dining area.
Josh came highly recommended by some local friends who had also had extensive work done. He provided a very detailed quote with a clear breakdown of all work and materials.
From the day the work started, we knew we had made the right decision. We were assigned a project manager, Keiran, who was always available, onsite most days, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. He made sure the entire project ran smoothly, kept us regularly updated on progress, and checked in to ensure we were happy at every stage. This made the whole experience completely stress-free.
The team were professional, polite, and clearly very skilled. Josh brought in specialists when needed—each one excellent and clearly the best at what they do.
What stood out most was that everyone at Joshua Lewis, and all the specialists they worked with, were focused on doing an outstanding job in a highly professional manner. They clearly took pride in their work, offered great advice, and always discussed the details with us to ensure we were engaged throughout the process.
The end result has exceeded our expectations. Eight months on, there have been no issues whatsoever. Everything was completed to such a high standard, inside and out. We constantly receive compliments on the quality of the finish and the craftsmanship, and our home is infinitely better because of the work they’ve done.
We now can’t wait to get started on our kitchen and the remaining rooms!
